icewm software package provides wonderful Win95-OS/2-Motif-like window manager, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install icewm
icewm is installed in your system.
Make ensure the icewm package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep icewm *
You will get with icewm package name, version, architecture and description in a table
